How to send your sample back to us

1. Activate your kit in the Alba Health app

Activation is required for us to process your sample. The app also lets you track your kit and view your results once they’re ready.

Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, then follow the step-by-step instructions included in your kit.

2. Pack your sample

Place the sealed sample tube securely into the plastic zip bag and close it tightly. Then put the zip bag into the paper return envelope provided.

Make sure the Exempt Human Specimen label is clearly visible on the outside of the envelope.

3. Attach the return label

You’ll find a prepaid return label in your kit. Attach it to the envelope, on the opposite side of the Exempt Human Specimen label. If the label is already attached, you can skip this step.

4. Drop off your sample

For Sweden: Drop your package off at your nearest PostNord service point.

For the rest of the EU + UK: Drop your package off at the nearest DHL

Express Service Point. Note: DHL Express is not the same as regular DHL. If your sample is dropped off at a non-DHL Express location, the sample will be rejected or the return label will be marked as incorrect.

Good to know:

  • Return shipping is fully prepaid.

  • All customs duties and taxes are already covered.
