General Terms of Purchase

These terms of purchase, delivery & use (‘Terms of Purchase’) apply to purchases made via the website (www.albahealth.co, www.albahealth.com, www.albahealth.se,

www.albahealth.io, www.albahealth.eu) of Alba Health AB (‘The Company’) with Swedish organisation number 559445-0198, address Grev Turegatan 30, 11438 Stockholm, Sweden.

By placing an order and making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Purchase. We are unable to change the terms, unless confirmed in writing. If changes are required to the Terms of Purchase, we reserve the right to do so, but will indicate changes on our website before they are effective.

To make a purchase, you need to be at least 18 years old. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and are at least 18 years old.

Important: The Alba Health app and our Gut Health Test do not provide medical advice or medical information. They are intended for general health and wellness purposes only. Always consult your doctor or another qualified healthcare professional regarding any health concerns or conditions you may have.

Order, Prices and Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT, and the total price is stated on the order confirmation page and confirmation email. Orders will be processed promptly upon receipt. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. We reserve the right not to deliver an ordered item if there are specific circumstances preventing us from delivering the ordered item (e.g. production-, supplier issues or similar). If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order, we pay back any advance payment in full.

To be able to process your order and deliver the results, we need to collect certain information about and from you. By completing a purchase, you confirm that we can keep your details in our register. Read more in our Privacy Policy how we process personal data.

Updates to the App

We are constantly evolving the Alba Health app and may add or remove features at our discretion.

AI chat – Access Terms

The AI chat feature is offered as a one-time purchase. Upon completing your purchase, access to the AI chat will be activated for a period of 12 months from the date of kit activation. Following this period, your chat history will remain accessible.

Alba Health reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue access to this feature at any time. In the event of a discontinuation or material limitation affecting active users, Alba Health will provide reasonable prior notice.

Shipment and Delivery

We offer shipping within Europe carried out by our logistics partner Postnord, DHL or other logistics companies. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of products to the address provided by the customer. However, The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control. Report any damaged or lost items by contacting Alba Health (contact details below).

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. Additional charges, such as customs duties or taxes, may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Applicable Law

As a Swedish company selling and shipping from Sweden, Swedish laws shall govern these terms and conditions, including any disputes arising from or in connection with them. Private customers ordering from Sweden, the consumer purchase law (1990:932), the distance contract law (2005:59) and electronic commerce law (2002:562) apply.

Returns

You always have 14 days right of withdrawal according to the law (2005:59) regarding distance contracts and contracts outside of business premises (‘the distance contract law’). The time period the right of withdrawal is calculated from the day you received the item. If you change your mind and want to return an item, it must not be damaged or used and the item must be returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. If the product or service received is damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us (contact details below) for assistance. We ask you to follow the instructions carefully, and contact us if you need assistance.
