Order Returns

You always have 14 days right of withdrawal according to the law (2005:59) regarding distance contracts and contracts outside of business premises (‘the distance contract law’). The time period the right of withdrawal is calculated from the day you received the item. If you change your mind and want to return an item, it must not be damaged or used and the item must be returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
